We hired Tina Payne to assist with the set-up and break-down of our ceremony decorations and the set-up of our reception decorations. From the very first email, I knew we would be in good hands. She is a true pleasure to work with and her extensive experience as a wedding coordinator made the planning process smooth and easier to manage. She was diligent on her follow-up and quick to respond back to emails and/or voicemails. I knew I could count on her no matter what. She is also a great listener and easy to work with. Tina was our wedding angel. She not only helped us plan an extraordinary wedding reception, took the stress and weight off our shoulders during the whole wedding process. The reception hall looked flawless, the food was delicious, and decorations were amazing. There was a lot of thought and time put into our reception. Her staff did an excellent job to ensure that everyone was having a good time. The DJ, Big Jake, was extremely awesome. He took the time to acquire our music requests and match our wedding color. He also ensured everyone was having a great time. Tina also recommended the bartenders, Catered Cocktails, who also went above and beyond our expectations. The wedding co-ordinater provided by the church, Rose, was equally impressed with Tina’s services. We were more than pleased with all the services provided to us by Tina and her staff. We definitely recommend Weddings by Tina for anyone getting married.

My major saving grace in keeping things right was a Jacksonville businesswoman who is an ace multitasker. Our wedding planner/director Tina Payne handled much of the planning and all of the heavy lifting. She decorated the chapel and the reception with a summer garden theme and lighted palms. She dressed out the reception room by draping the ceilings in sheer fabric with tiny lights and roses and hibiscus on food and guest tables. She dealt with the caterer and the selections were outstanding. Laura’s family who traveled from Puerto Rico made some native dishes as well—those were a major hit.

Tina handled small details and big ones—from arranging for photography by Ginger Dupree to flowers and favors for guests. She dealt with the caterer and did numerous other things. She always gave me a specific price for add-ons and her paperwork was organized. She is an excellent communicator. When Jen’s sister takes the big step, I’ll ask Tina to help me out again. If I sound effusive, it’s because Tina earned kudos.

Daughter's Wedding - August 2009

I used Weddings by Tina for my July 4th wedding in 2009.  I decided to purchase the Gold Package for 14 hours of her time and she was nice enough to let me break up those 14 hours how I needed them.  I did a lot of the leg work myself for vendors (i.e. florist, cake, DJ, etc...), but when it came time for the big show, Tina did not disappoint.  She picked up where I left off and executed the day flawlessly.  Tina made it possible for me to have a stressfree wonderful wedding day and I cannot thank her enough for that.  If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, use Tina!!!  She is great!

I think everything went well. It was just the type of 'atmosphere' that we wanted. Small and romantic. You and your assistants were super responsive whenever something needed to be done, and I didn't have to stress at all :)

I got a lot of positive feedback from guests who loved the food. One said they had attended a foot ball player's wedding a couple of weeks prior, and their food was nowhere near as good as this one! :)

I really love your floral arrangements as well. My bouquet was beautiful; the colors and the feathers were perfect! Just how I wanted!
And the centerpieces were one of a kind. I had no idea how they would turn out, but they were just as beautiful.

All in all it was very pleasant. You have a real talent :)
