Planning & Coordinating

Bronze Package ($325)
This is for those who have planned the entire event and only need rehearsal and ceremony coordination.  Included are up to three (3) hours of planning/coordinating service.  These hours can be used as follows:   one (1) hour rehearsal/pre-event coordination and two (2) hours of event day coordination and decorating.

Additional hours are also available for purchase, if desired. 


Silver Package ($700)
For those who have planned the entire event and are ready to hand over the final details to a Professional.  We pick up where you left off and tie up any and all loose ends with your hired vendors.  We start 4-6 weeks prior to the event working with you to make sure all the details are in place.  

Included are up to ten (10) hours of planning/coordinating services.  These hours can be used as follows:  two (2) planning hours used for planning sessions, vendor visits and site visits, one (1) hour for rehearsal/pre-event coordination, and seven (7) hours of event day coordination and decorating.  

Additional hours are also available to purchase, if desired. 



Gold Package ($1000)
For those that have already selected some vendors and have ideas on other details, but would like a Professional to pick up where they left off and help guide them through the process.  We work closely with you and your vendors to make sure all the decisions are made and details in place.  

Included are up to seventeen (17) hours of planning/coordinating services.  These hours can be used as follows: five (5) planning hours for planning sessions, vendor visits and site visits, two (2) hours of rehearsal/pre-event coordination, and ten (10) hours of event day coordination and decorating.  

Additional hours are also available for purchase, if desired.  


Platinum Package ($1600 and up)
This is for those who are very busy and have some ideas, but wants a Professional to handle all the aspects of designing and putting together their event, including event location decorating.  This is a custom package based on your exact needs.
